Composite Materials Department 1. Laminated Composite Materials Synthetic Stone: Wavemax Series enhanced glass fiber composite material (synthetic stone) is applied in solder paste printing, SMT paster, reflow soldering and wave soldering fixtures/jigs. Anti-static Materials: applied in various testing jigs or anti-static components of mechanical equipment; a full series of anti-static materials—surface anti-static (single-sided anti-static, double-sided anti-static) and overall anti-static at your choice. Thermal Insulation Materials: applied in IC packaging molds, industrial presses, injection molds, and equipment working in high temperature for thermal insulation to reduce interference with the external environment temperature, and design thermal insulation high-strength fiber composite materials with high pressure resistance and good flatness. The temperature resistance value varies with series. Bullet-proof Material: applied in bulletproof cars, bulletproof posts and bullet-proof houses. Insulation Materials: insulation materials at Grade H or above are applied in the insulation parts of generators with high standards. 2. Mica Products Fluoride Crystal Mica: applied in hi-tech fields like radar waveguide hermetic windows, radar phase shifter polarizing films and AFM wave plates, as well as thermal power plants, high temperature and high pressure steam boilers. Mica Plate: thermal insulation material of electric heating equipment Processing & Development Center Tiancheng produces and processes tin furnace jig (also known as “flow soldering stand”, “PCBA tin stove loading tool” and “wave pallet”), ICT/ATE, functional testing jig, mold heat shield, and IC packaging mold; tin furnace jig is made with Wavemax series products (also known as “Imported Synthetic Stones”), and can also be made with designated materials according to customer demands.
